Our Return Policy is as follows:

 

If you have received a defective product and want to exchange it, you need to contact us and return the product within 15 days of delivery for exchange or refund.

 

For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have received your package and inspected it (The product must be in perfect condition. We do not will do a refund if the product was used, with odored, or modified.)

Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimsuit, lingerie..

Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNED ITEMS THAT WERE SENT BACK BY YOU DIRECTLY WITHOUT CHECKING WITH US FIRST

 

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 24 hours with Paypal and 7-20 days with a credit card for your refund to appear.

The product must be in perfect condition. We will not send the money back if the product was used, with odored, or modified products.

 

When a gift card (or any other free giveaway) is applicable to order and if that order is refunded for any reason, the gift card (or any other free giveaway) used in that order cannot be refunded. 

CFBRAZIL cannot refund or be responsible for any fees not paid to us, which includes customs taxes or VAT and any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.

 

You have to pay for the return shipping fee unless a mistake is made by CFBRAZIL.

EXCHANGE

Is the product small or large and you want to change for another? Just follow the instructions:

Request the exchange through the email info@cfbrazil.cz, putting in the subject: CHANGE, in the body of the email, put the information:

-Product's name

-Why this change

the product must be in perfect condition. We do not exchange used, with odored, or modified products. In case of an exchange, the freight will be at the customer's expense.

We do not carry out exchange of settlement products. If you have obtained a discount on the purchase, the exchange will be of the amount actually paid.

If the packaging has been tampered with, immediately refuse delivery. Returned products will not be accepted without prior request or outside the exchange period. In case of return of the product for exchange, if there are signs of use of the product, the freight for return will be fully paid by the customer.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS BY REASON OF EXTRACTION OF POSTS / TRANSPORTERS

Requests for cancellation/refund of payment due to loss of orders due to postal or third-party carriers will be made within 30 calendar days of the opening of the request for cancellation or reversal.

The cancellation or reversal of the payment will only be made if the courier/carrier has not delivered the order within that period.

CFBRAZIL Coupons. Once a user receives a particular coupon on their device, no other users may receive the same coupon on that device, even by uninstalling the app, changing account or any other way

Coupons are subject to advertised offer limitations and all other limitations and restrictions on the applicable coupon or product

Coupons may not be applied against any free item received in any offer

Coupons have no cash value

Coupons may have an expiration date; Expired coupons will not be accepted

 

Customers may not use a coupon toward a purchase in combination with another offer; In the event, a customer applies a coupon to a product already subject to another offer, only the larger of the two discounts will be applied

CFBRAZIL reserves the right to refuse the use of any coupon at its discretion

Sales tax will be applied in accordance with the law, regardless of any coupon or another discount that may apply to the purchase transaction

POSTUP REKLAMACE

POTŘEBUJETE ZBOŽÍ REKLAMOVAT NEBO VYMĚNIT?

 

Stáhněte si jednoduchý formulář níže, který zároveň slouží k výměně zboží nebo vrácení peněz, přiložte kopii daňového dokladu (faktury) a spolu se zbožím jej odešlete na adresu:

Vrátit nebo vyměnit zboží můžete do 14-ti dní od obdržení zboží. 

Reklamované zboží nám pošlete řádně zabalené, aby nedošlo k poškození při přepravě. Balíček neposílejte na dobírku. Taková zásilka nebude převzata!

Vaši zásilku můžete také reklamovat, vrátit nebo donést na výměnu do kamenné prodejny CfBrazil fitness & beach wear, Nádražní 94/49, Praha 5 (metro Anděl, výstup Na Knížecí).

 

Vaši zásilku zpracuje naše reklamační oddělení a jakmile bude požadavek vyřízen, uvědomíme Vás emailem nebo SMS.

Peníze za vrácené zboží, Vám budou poslány na účet BEZ poštovného.

Záruční lhůta je zákonem stanovena na 24 měsíců, u našeho zboží slouží daňový doklad (faktura) zároveň jako záruční list.

Reklamace se nevztahují na závady způsobené nesprávným použitím a opotřebením neodpovídajícím způsobem. Zákazník je povinen uplatnit reklamaci neprodleně po vzniku vady.

Reklamaci budeme posuzovat v souladu s pokyny stanoveným výrobcem zboží. Maximální doba vyřízení reklamace je zákonem stanovena na 30 dní, ale budeme se snažit vše maximálně urychlit.
